Lunenburg is a small town on the South Shore of Nova Scotia. It is also a UNESCO Heritage site charged with preserving a rich history built on a foundation of nautical traditions that are still very much alive today.
The Lunenburg Seaport is breathing a second wind into the sails of neglected vessels. This is the tale of one such lucky lady, Coopers Hawk, a Tancook Schooner that was lovingly restored through many hours of valiant volunteers. She was launched on September 12th, 2015.
